Products & Sizing

How do your items fit?
Our standard fit is true to size with a slightly boxy, relaxed feel.
If an item has a different fit (oversized, cropped, etc.), it will be clearly listed in the product description.

What quality are your garments?
We focus on premium-weight pieces:

Tees & long sleeves: 260 GSM
Hoodies & crewnecks: 420 GSM

This means thicker fabric, better structure, and a more elevated feel compared to standard basics.

Do you have a size guide?
Yes — a size guide is available on each product page to help you find your perfect fit.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all items are made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges under specific conditions.

We accept returns/exchanges if:

The item arrives damaged or defective
You received the wrong item or size

We do NOT accept returns for:

Wrong size selected by the customer
Change of mind
Worn, washed, or used items

Who covers return shipping?

If the issue is our fault (damaged/wrong item), we’ll cover it
For approved exchanges not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping

How do I request a return or exchange?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact form with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll take care of you.
