Returns & Exchanges Policy

Overview

Because all items from Archive 199X are made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection.

We are a print-on-demand brand, meaning every item is produced specifically for each customer.


Eligible Returns / Exchanges

We will accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item
  • You receive the wrong size due to our error

If any of these occur, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Orders outside the return request window

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is our fault (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping or replacement costs.
  • If an exchange is approved for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds / Replacements

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • You may receive a replacement item, OR
  • A refund to your original payment method (if applicable)

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us via the contact form on our website
  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
  4. We’ll respond within 24 hours

We take pride in every piece we produce. Because each item is made specifically for you, we ask that customers double-check sizing and order details before purchasing.
