Processing Time

All orders are made to order and require 2–3 business days for processing before they ship. During high demand periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always work to get orders out as quickly as possible.


Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • 7–11 business days (U.S. & international orders)

Shipping times may vary depending on location, customs processing, and carrier delays. These are estimated timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International customers may experience additional delays due to customs processing in their country. Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately—but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing.


Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect address input. However, if your package is significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist in locating it.
